About the position

As a Purchasing and Supply Chain Manager at R D Circuits, a member of Advantest America, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the procurement and supply chain operations within our New Jersey facility. With over 50 years of experience in the printed circuit board industry, R D Circuits is committed to maintaining its leadership position through effective supply chain management and strategic supplier partnerships. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the procurement and supply chain team, ensuring that all purchasing activities align with the company's operational goals and objectives. In this role, you will coordinate closely with purchasing team managers located in Pennsylvania, California, Arizona, and overseas to ensure a seamless supply chain process. You will be responsible for supplier management, which includes negotiating commercial deals, setting pricing structures, managing contracts, overseeing rebates, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. Additionally, you will be tasked with managing logistics within the New Jersey factory, ensuring that all materials are procured and delivered efficiently to support production needs. Collaboration will be key in this position, as you will work alongside various departments including Engineering, Quality, Production, Sales, Finance, IT, and the AAI team. Your ability to support management and meet Advantest's global requirements will be crucial in driving the success of our supply chain operations. Responsibilities

  • Management of RDA procurement and Supply Chain team in NJ

Requirements

  • Experience in procurement and supply chain management
  • Strong negotiation skills for supplier management
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple teams across different locations
