  • Monitor inventory and coordinate with internal teams for timely replenishment.
  • Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and supplier data.
  • Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance.
  • Address order, delivery, or invoice issues.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and streamline procurement.
  • Prepare purchasing reports for management.
  • Provide backup customer service support during peak times.
  • Assist with inquiries on orders, product availability, and shipping.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolutions.
  • Process customer orders and maintain accurate data.
  • Support the business development team with inventory and lead time information.

Requirements

  • Experience in purchasing or procurement.
  • Knowledge of quality system requirements in purchasing.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with QuickBooks or similar software.
