About the position

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the department's daily operations to achieve performance targets.

• Oversee procurement management processes, ensuring timely acquisition of materials and services.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.
• Manage supplier relationships to maintain quality standards and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Utilize SAP systems for tracking inventory levels, order processing, and reporting.
• Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products and materials.
• Monitor MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems to forecast demand and manage inventory levels effectively.
• Analyze departmental performance metrics and implement improvements as necessary.
