Responsibilities

• Maintain the stock of supplies and materials on hand.
• Keep accurate records of inventory.
• Unload delivery trucks, ensuring full order is received and integrate deliveries into current inventory.
• Notify departments or staff members who requested items and inform them of item arrivals.
• Report any damage of items delivered immediately before signing for delivery.
• Fill all supply orders and order inventory stock as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and update as necessary.
