About the position

As a Purchasing/Inventory Manager, you will oversee the procurement and inventory management processes, playing a vital role in sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and maintaining optimal inventory levels. Your expertise in supply chain management and ERP systems will be crucial in streamlining operations and enhancing efficiency within the organization.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of manufacturing experience in inventory, planning/scheduling, purchasing, supply chain management.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, ever-changing manufacturing environment.
  • Understanding of purchase order flow and delivery timing.
  • Ability to prioritize long lead items over readily available products.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems; Fishbowl/Quickbooks knowledge is beneficial.
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Google Office products.
