About the position

We are seeking a proactive Purchasing Manager for a manufacturing facility, responsible for managing purchase orders, monitoring inventory levels, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials. The role requires attention to detail and proficiency in ERP systems, specifically NetSuite, to maintain accurate inventory records and support production needs.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage purchase orders to meet production and sales needs.
• Track stock levels and generate orders to maintain optimal inventory.
• Work with suppliers to confirm orders, delivery times, and quality.
• Use NetSuite to track orders, update inventory, and maintain accurate records.
• Adjust inventory counts as needed to ensure accuracy.

Requirements

• High school diploma required.
• 2+ years of experience in purchasing or inventory management, with prior experience using NetSuite ERP (preferred).
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Nice-to-haves

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
