The Purchasing Manager will develop and provide operational strategic direction for the purchasing team at Magna Exteriors. This role involves preparing and maintaining yearly business plans and budgets, as well as developing, maintaining, and coordinating a quality supplier base. The Purchasing Manager will maintain a leadership role while working cross-functionally with division and group teams and suppliers. This position is responsible for leading, managing, and maintaining an appropriate level of staff within the Purchasing Department, ensuring that purchasing functions meet the company's objectives. Additionally, the Purchasing Manager will develop and implement purchasing policies, procedures, and practices that align with company and customer standards. Other duties may be performed as necessary to support business objectives.
