Managing the purchase order process will be a key responsibility, from requisition to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness at every step. Additionally, you will monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to avoid shortages or excess stock, which is vital for maintaining operational continuity. Regular audits of purchasing activities will be conducted to maintain accuracy and compliance, ensuring that our procurement processes are both effective and efficient.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace products.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven experience in purchasing (1 year required).
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments.
  • Background in accounting is a plus.
