About the position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Purchasing Manager to join our dynamic team at Ford Country in Henderson, NV. You will manage the entire purchase order process, from requisition to delivery, ensuring that all transactions are accurate and timely. Additionally, you will monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to prevent shortages or excess stock, thereby optimizing our inventory management. Regular audits of purchasing activities will also be part of your responsibilities to maintain accuracy and compliance with established standards.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace products.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven experience in purchasing (1 year required).
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments.
  • Background in accounting is a plus.
