Responsibilities

• Research, source and purchase construction materials, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects and interior designers to create and refine complete project specifications for custom homes.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers.
• Coordinate with project managers to align material deliveries with project schedules.
• Review and manage purchase orders, invoices, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Provide regular reports on cost-saving initiatives and track subcontractor performance.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in homebuilding and construction is required.
• Experience in purchasing and procurement within the homebuilding industry is required.
• Strong negotiation skills and knowledge of construction materials and supplies.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
