Responsibilities

• Manage a team of at least 5 buyers.
• Oversee supplier negotiations and maintain supplier relationships.
• Collaborate with R&D on product development and changes in suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with inventory management and production processes.
• Utilize ERP systems for forecasting, supplier setup, and inventory control.
• Address and resolve issues faced by team members with empathy and flexibility.

Requirements

• Proven supervisory experience in a purchasing or procurement role.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and their application in inventory and production management.
• Experience in the cosmetics or personal care industry.
• Demonstrated project management skills and product development experience.
• Ability to negotiate with suppliers and manage supplier relationships.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience working with auditors and consultants.
• Familiarity with raw materials, chemicals, and packaging components.
