You'll use your strong networking and negotiation skills to partner with them through the contract bidding and award process. As our Purchasing Manager, we'll give you the autonomy, technology and support to partner with our construction team and make sure all products and services are ready for building our customer's beautiful homes.
Responsibilities
- Manage purchasing procurement activities in the home building industry.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and trades.
- Ensure all products and services are ready for construction.
- Collaborate with the construction team to meet project needs.
- Select the best materials for home building.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or similar discipline.
- 3-5 years' experience in purchasing procurement activities in the home building industry.
- Valid driver's license.
