About the position

The Purchasing & Production Support Admin role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of a medical manufacturing facility. This in-person position requires a reliable candidate who can manage production coordination, purchasing, and inventory management while supporting administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a positive work ethic, contributing to the overall efficiency of the production process.

Responsibilities

  • Check levels of materials required to run the facility to prevent shortages.
  • Handle documentation to support the production process.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as necessary.

Requirements

  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
  • Excellent written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds.
  • Detail-oriented with good computer skills.
  • Experience in production, purchasing, and inventory management.
  • Comfortable using Excel and Google Docs.
  • Basic math skills including multiplication, division, and measurements.
  • Experience with SOS inventory and Sage software is preferable.
  • Authorized to work in the US.
