About the position

The Purchasing/Sourcing/Contract Manager will be responsible for drafting, negotiating, and supporting commercial resale supplier contractual agreements. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure favorable terms and conditions for supplier products and services, as well as managing the contract lifecycle and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and support Commercial Resale Supplier contractual agreements including Master Agreements and SOWs.
• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve systems and contract issues.
• Develop a Contract Project Plan for customer agreements, including business issue positioning and service description structure.
• Execute the contract project plan and manage integration of all contract components.
• Provide triage support for incoming requests to ensure proper categorization.
• Facilitate compliance requirements across the Contract Lifecycle Management Process.
• Provide Category Management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and six or more years of relevant work experience.
• Six or more years of technical writing experience, including drafting contractual Professional Service Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Experience with large enterprise products and technologies including wireline and wireless networks.
• Knowledge of life-cycle managed services, integration services, and governance models.
• Experience managing projects and constructing integrated contracts with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.

Nice-to-haves

• ITIL, CCPM and/or PMP certification, Contract Management Certification.
• Experience with commercial pricing.
• Experience in matrix management environments and contract negotiation.
• Strong time management skills.
• Effective communication skills across all management levels.
