About the position

The Storeroom Clerk at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel's supply chain. This position is responsible for managing daily deliveries, maintaining cleanliness in the loading dock and processing areas, and ensuring that all goods are accurately logged and distributed to the appropriate departments. The ideal candidate will embody a passion for excellence and contribute positively to the team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Handle all deliveries of goods to the appropriate departments within the hotel, including loading and unloading carts and placing them in appropriate storerooms.
  • Log all inbound guests and event shipments into our tracking system.
  • Ensure all established Four Seasons Purchasing department standards are met with the utmost accuracy.
  • Issue liquor/goods requisitions.
  • Ensure the loading dock is clean and organized.

Requirements

  • Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work autonomously.
  • Ability to push, pull, and lift a minimum of 50 lbs continuously throughout the day.
  • Ability to stand and walk for 8 hours per day.
  • Possess legal work authorization in the United States.
