Responsibilities

  • Print and organize necessary documents and distribute information to appropriate employees.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company safety programs and local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Adhere to food safety and handling policies across all food-related areas.
  • Maintain organized records for reports and invoices.
  • Calculate figures for inventories, orders, and costs.
  • Conduct inventory audits to determine levels and needs.
  • Notify manager of low stock levels and troubleshoot vendor delivery issues.
  • Verify and track received inventory and reconcile shipping invoices.
  • Receive, unload, and process deliveries while monitoring PAR levels for food items.
  • Refuse acceptance of damaged or incorrect items and assist management in training and scheduling employees.
  • Report accidents and unsafe conditions to management and complete safety training.
  • Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
  • Assist other employees to ensure proper coverage and guest service.
  • Prepare and review written documents accurately and develop positive working relationships with others.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of related work experience.
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
