• Complete required department reports and assist in month-end closing.
• Ensure adherence to company guidelines and safety standards.
• Monitor inventory procedures for accountability.
• Provide guidance and feedback to team members using performance management tools.
• Promote a cooperative work climate to maximize productivity and morale.
• Interview, hire, train, and develop team members according to company guidelines.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years related experience in the field.
• Two years of management experience.
• Full knowledge of purchasing procedures in food and beverage.
• Good knowledge of food and inventory trends with a focus on operations.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and ordering systems.
• English reading, writing, math, and computer skills required.
