About the position

The Pure Barre Fitness Instructor role at Pure Barre Kildeer-Deer Park is a part-time position focused on leading fitness classes with enthusiasm and confidence. Instructors are expected to engage with clients, maintain a high-energy environment, and demonstrate a commitment to fitness and wellness. The role requires a passion for helping others and the ability to build strong client relationships through outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Availability to teach a minimum of 5 classes per week, including early mornings, midday, evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays.
• Diligent planning and preparation before each class, including studying choreography and class planning.
• Ability to lift hand weights, demonstrate full body pushups, and maintain high energy for a 50-minute class.
• Complete a 4-day training at one of the corporate training centers and significant 'at home' study for certification.

Nice-to-haves

• Background in dance, cheerleading, gymnastics, or fitness is helpful but not required.
• Prior knowledge of the Pure Barre brand is a plus.
