About the position
The PURE360 Coordinator plays a crucial role in facilitating the PURE360 Risk Management Consultation service, which is designed to provide tailored loss prevention solutions to PURE Members. This hybrid position involves coordinating schedules for PURE Risk Managers, ensuring effective communication with Members, and enhancing their understanding of the consultation process and the benefits of membership. The role requires a blend of customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively while also being self-sufficient.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with PURE Risk Managers to set efficient travel schedules for consultations.
- Ensure that each Member understands the PURE360 Consultation process and its unique value.
- Utilize Member interactions to help them appreciate the tangible benefits of Membership with PURE.
- Build a deep understanding of PURE's business to assist Members with inquiries.
Requirements
- 3+ years of customer service experience preferred.
- Demonstrated integrity, empathy, and urgency in interactions.
- Strong listening and communication skills via phone and email.
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative environment.
- Detail-oriented with the capability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Benefits
- $45K starting salary with overtime eligibility.
- Base salary increase eligibility every six months for the first two years based on performance and department goals.
