About the position
The PURE360 Scheduling Coordinator plays a crucial role in facilitating the PURE360 Risk Management Consultation service by coordinating schedules between PURE Risk Managers and Members. This hybrid position requires the Coordinator to work closely with both parties to ensure a seamless consultation experience, enhancing Member understanding of the service's value and benefits.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with PURE Risk Managers to set efficient travel schedules for consultations.
- Ensure that each Member understands the PURE360 Consultation process and its unique value.
- Utilize Member interactions to help them appreciate the tangible benefits of Membership with PURE.
- Build a deep understanding of PURE's business to assist Members with inquiries.
Requirements
- 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a service-based role.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative environment.
- Detail-oriented with the capability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in a hybrid work environment.
- Knowledge of risk management or insurance services.
