About the position

The Python AI/ML Developer role is focused on leveraging Python programming skills to develop and implement machine learning models and data science solutions. The position requires extensive experience in AI/ML, particularly with large language models (LLMs) and natural language processing (NLP). The developer will be responsible for ensuring the security and robustness of AI/ML systems while supporting production deployments and managing cloud-based solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement machine learning models using Python.
• Integrate Langchain concepts with machine learning models.
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation using Pandas, Numpy, and Scikit-learn.
• Design and develop highly available enterprise applications.
• Implement end-to-end LLM security risk management processes.
• Support production deployments of AI/ML safety systems using cloud-native techniques.
• Deliver AI robustness, vulnerability, and stress testing capabilities within MLOps ecosystems.
• Provide production support and operations for AI/ML security systems.
• Manage cloud deployments and automation frameworks for AI/ML security systems.
• Establish and govern AI/ML and Generative AI application security standards.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience in AI/ML development.
• Proficient in Python with a focus on machine learning and data science.
• Experience with large language models (LLMs).
• Strong understanding of Langchain concepts.
• Hands-on experience with NLP concepts.
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation using Pandas, Numpy, and Scikit-learn.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, including supervised and unsupervised learning techniques.
• Experience designing mission-critical, highly available enterprise applications.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
