About the position

We are seeking a Python and Flask Full Stack Developer with DevOps (CI/CD) experience to join our team focused on transforming healthcare through innovative technology solutions. This hybrid role involves developing and maintaining web applications and API endpoints, leveraging AI and NLP to enhance user experience and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full stack development, particularly with Python and Flask, and will play a crucial role in building enterprise-grade applications that impact millions of users.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain end-to-end web applications and API endpoints using Python and Flask.
• Strong knowledge of Docker containers and CI/CD pipelines.
• Create and optimize database schemas for efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Implement security measures to protect applications from vulnerabilities.
• Design and build RESTful APIs for front-end and back-end communication.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
• Maintain and update documentation for codebase, APIs, and system architecture.
• Develop and maintain Helm charts for complex applications.
• Manage OpenShift environments with Kubernetes, including resource management and scaling.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, specifically GitLab, and Docker optimization.
• Deploy C# and Python workloads and integrate generative AI frameworks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
• At least 5 years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Strong proficiency in Python and the Flask web framework for at least 5 years.
• Experience with front-end frameworks such as React and Vue.js.
• Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
• Proficiency in working with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with microservice-focused API design and development, including RESTful services.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in web development.
