About the position

The Python API/AWS Developer role involves full stack engineering practices, focusing on designing, developing, deploying, and testing applications. The position requires extensive experience with Python frameworks and AWS services, as well as database management and CI/CD tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, and test applications using full stack engineering practices.
• Utilize Python frameworks such as Django and Flask for application development.
• Implement AWS services including S3, SNS, SQS, Glue, Step Functions, Lambda, API Gateway, and CloudWatch alarms.
• Manage infrastructure as code using Terraform.
• Work with databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, and DynamoDB.
• Apply Test-Driven Development (TDD) principles and automate unit tests.
• Utilize CI/CD tools like GIT, Jenkins, SonarQube, and Veracode/Checkmarx.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• At least 8 years of experience in full stack engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Python, specifically Django, Flask, and Pandas.
• Proficient in AWS services including S3, SNS, SQS, Glue, Step Functions, Lambda, API Gateway, and CloudWatch alarms.
• Experience with Terraform for infrastructure management.
• Knowledge of database systems such as Oracle, SQL Server, and DynamoDB.
• Familiarity with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and unit test automation.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like GIT, Jenkins, SonarQube, and Veracode/Checkmarx.
