Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Python API services.
• Create ETL workflows using Python and PySpark with dataframes.
• Write SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions in PostgreSQL.
• Optimize PySpark and Python code for performance.
• Collaborate with developers, data analysts, and architects on project deliverables.
• Lead a small team of support engineers and developers.
• Support and maintain applications as needed.

Requirements

• Experience in full-stack development with a focus on Python and AWS.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS Glue, PySpark, SQL, and PostgreSQL.
• Good knowledge of creating ETL workflows.
• Proficiency in writing SQL queries and stored procedures in PostgreSQL.
• Experience with AWS Cross Account data transfer and CloudFormation for infrastructure creation.
• Understanding of DevOps practices and GitLab usage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-haves

• AWS Certified Developer - Associate certification.
• Prior experience with ServiceNow SLAs and support processes.
