About the position

We are looking for a skilled Python developer with expertise in Generative AI to join our dynamic team. The role involves hands-on coding, collaboration with data scientists, and managing developer repositories, all within an agile environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, data analysis, and software development, and will be committed to ethical AI practices.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on coding using Python and TensorFlow
• Develop and guide the coding approach based on evolving requirements
• Manage and collaborate on developer repositories such as GitHub and Azure Repos
• Apply Azure Boards
• Work closely with other Data Scientists to determine data strategies
• Partner with Azure administrators to set up environments for applications
• Understand front-end coding and collaborate with MS Teams front-end integration experts

Requirements

• Proficiency in using GenAI libraries, LangChain, etc.
• Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms
• Expertise with Azure services
• Familiarity with ServiceNow APIs and ITIL processes for incident and problem management
• Good understanding of the Agile framework
• Ability to adapt and continuously learn new technologies and methodologies
• Commitment to ethical reasoning and responsible AI development
• Good ability to collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams
• Creative problem-solving skills and user-centric thinking
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
