About the position

Evolutyz Corp is seeking a Python Developer with Automation Testing experience to join their team. This role involves designing and creating modular, reusable, and reliable test automation solutions while working in a hybrid environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python and experience with test automation, contributing to the enhancement of CI/CD pipelines and ensuring high-quality software delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design and create modular, reusable, and reliable test automation solutions.
• Support testing of multiple releases in parallel using git, pull requests, and branching.
• Enhance CI/CD pipelines for testing needs.
• Define test scenarios and determine root causes of problems in complex environments.
• Work with large amounts of data and apply testing techniques and best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Python development.
• 1 year of experience in test automation.
• Strong database experience in SQL or No-SQL.
• Comfortable coding in Python, PySpark, C#, and other scripting languages.
• Solid knowledge of testing techniques and best practices.
• Proven analytical skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Quality Assurance certification from an accredited organization (e.g., ASQ).
• Experience in testing modern technology stacks, including Kubernetes, AWS, Data Lakes, microservices, and APIs.
• Familiarity with Git, TFS/Azure DevOps, and Octopus Deploy.
