The Python Developer with Tableau role focuses on leveraging Python and Tableau to derive data insights and create dynamic dashboards and reports. The developer will collaborate with various teams to understand customer needs and improve reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Derive data insights and maintain them in dynamic Tableau dashboards, presentations, and reports.
• Work with users, business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to understand customer needs and develop dashboards and reports independently.
• Handle large data sets and incomplete information as required.
• Discover innovative ways to source and present complex information in easily digestible formats.
• Understand data to extract key insights and themes for decision-making and present information to stakeholders.
• Utilize design skills to produce and maintain clear and insightful reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive improvements to ineffective processes and share best practices.
• Enhance technical knowledge and analytical capabilities through personal development and training.
• Govern new change requests and manage workloads across the development team.

Requirements

• Proficient in Python development.
• Minimum of five years of experience with BI tools, specifically Tableau.
• Experience working in a financial organization or awareness of financial concepts.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills.
