As a Technology Lead, you will be expected to leverage your expertise in Python development and libraries, as well as your experience in design and architecture review. You will also need to be well-versed in the software development life cycle, particularly within an Agile Development Model. Your hands-on experience with message-oriented middleware, API development using the Flask framework, and object-oriented programming concepts will be crucial in this role. Additionally, familiarity with NoSQL databases and REST/WebSocket technologies will enhance your contributions to the team.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed design artifacts like program specifications and test plans.
• Independently develop and review code.
• Contribute to the go-live plan for software solutions.

• Engage in the software development lifecycle, particularly in Agile environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience with Python Development and Libraries.
• Strong understanding of OOPS concepts and implementation.
• Required experience with message-oriented middleware (AMPS/RabbitMQ/ZMQ etc.).
• Strong experience with API development using the Flask framework.
• Experience with object DB (NoSQL) and understanding of relational databases.
• Experience in REST/WebSocket technologies.
• Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks.

Nice-to-haves

• At least 4 years of experience in design and architecture review.
• Hands-on experience in full stack components.
