About the position

We are seeking a Senior Python Developer for a contract position at Amazee Global Ventures Inc. This role focuses on designing and developing cloud-native applications, integrating CI/CD pipelines, and working with serverless and containerized applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Python development, cloud architecture, and DevOps principles.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize Python applications for cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline the development and deployment process.
• Utilize Docker, Kubernetes, and serverless solutions to deploy and manage applications.
• Implement monitoring tools and continuously optimize for cost and performance.
• Work closely with the DevOps team to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications.

Requirements

• 10+ years in Python development, with a focus on cloud-based applications and DevOps.
• Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
• Strong troubleshooting and optimization skills for cloud-based environments.
