About the position

This contract position is focused on creating a best-in-class software development environment that can be replicated across the organization. The role involves working collaboratively within the Software Engineering team to enable the development, configuration, and operation of key systems and applications, particularly in the context of automation and streamlining operations related to vSphere, NSX-T, and vRealize Suite.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using Python and Ansible.
• Participate in agile software development processes and contribute to project planning and estimation.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years of enterprise scale programming experience in Python.
• Experience with vSphere, vRealize Suite, and NSX-T platform APIs at scale.
• Proficiency in CI/CD processes.
