About the position

The Python Developer role involves designing, developing, and maintaining data processing pipelines, particularly in the context of credit risk analytics. The position requires leveraging business requirements to create optimal solutions and providing operational support to resolve production issues. The developer will participate in the full development life cycle and will be responsible for performing root cause analysis on data and processes to enhance business operations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data processing pipelines using pandas.
• Conduct data analytics on semi-structured and unstructured data to solve business problems in the Credit Risk domain.
• Create user-friendly documentation for frameworks and tools for use by other teams.
• Provide full operational support by analyzing code to identify root causes of production issues and lead resolutions.
• Participate in the full development life cycle including requirements analysis, design, development, deployment, and operations support.
• Perform root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes to answer specific business questions and identify improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in Python with Pyspark or Java Full Stack development.
• Strong understanding of business requirements and ability to translate them into technical solutions.
• Experience in data processing and analytics, particularly in the financial domain.
