About the position

The Python Developer position is a 12-month contract role based in Bellevue, WA, focused on designing, developing, and deploying adapters and platforms in a lab environment. The role requires strong technical skills in Python, Perl, and Unix, along with the ability to troubleshoot network issues and monitor pipelines effectively.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop & deploy adapters/platforms in the lab using Perl, Python, and Shell Scripting.
• Monitor pipelines running in the lab.
• Troubleshoot network issues in the lab.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Perl.
• Proficiency in Python.
• In-depth knowledge of Unix, including troubleshooting Unix and network issues.
• Experience with Shell scripting.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with Hadoop.
• Experience with Kafka.
• Knowledge of Network/Telecom domain.
• Web development skills.
