About the position

The Python Full Stack Developer position is a long-term contract role based in Maryland, requiring a hybrid work arrangement. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full-stack applications using Python and Django.
• Create and integrate APIs for various applications.
• Collaborate with content experts, design specialists, and product owners to gather requirements and translate them into actionable development tasks.
• Ensure responsive design and functionality across various devices and platforms.
• Utilize version control systems like Git for code management.

Requirements

• B.S. in Computer Science or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of professional experience in full-stack development.
• Strong experience with Python, Django, JavaScript, SQL, HTML, and CSS.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and using APIs.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with React and PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with AWS services such as EC2 and S3.
• Knowledge of responsive web frameworks.
• Experience using Jira for project management.
