About the position

We are seeking a highly skilled and business-minded Python Full Stack Developer to join a dynamic and innovative insurance brokerage firm specializing in field marketing for Medicare and life insurance. The role involves working across the entire data stack to create scalable and efficient data solutions while collaborating closely with business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable data solutions across the entire data stack.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define impactful reports and deliver actionable insights.
• Utilize Python, Node, and View for full stack development.
• Manage data processing, visualization, and reporting tasks.
• Write and present data reports effectively to stakeholders.
• Implement deployment strategies using Kubernetes, Data Hub, and Tera Forms.
• Utilize advanced SQL for querying and database management.
• Integrate data using ETL processes and techniques.
• Work with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data engineering, full stack development, or a related role.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Node, and View, including libraries such as Pandas.
• Experience with deployment using Kubernetes.
• Advanced SQL skills for querying and database management.
• Proven experience with data visualization tools, particularly Tableau.
• Demonstrable experience in full stack development, including both backend and frontend technologies.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Knowledge of ETL processes and data integration techniques.
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts and best practices.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate technical solutions into business value.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in the insurance industry.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
