About the position

The Salesforce Commerce Cloud/OMS QA position is focused on ensuring the quality and functionality of Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Order Management Systems through both manual and automated testing. The role requires extensive experience in QA processes, frameworks, and tools, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and communication with stakeholders. The position is hybrid, requiring 2-3 days of on-site work in Redmond, WA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test cases for Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Order Management Systems.
• Prepare and publish reports to stakeholders post test execution cycles.
• Mentor and provide knowledge transfer to client project team members.
• Participate in data conversion and maintenance activities.
• Provide best practice solutions and alternative configurations as needed.
• Contribute to project deliverables in assigned areas of responsibility.
• Engage in continuous improvement of testing processes and frameworks.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Manual and Automation testing.
• At least 1 project experience as Manual or Automation QA for Salesforce Commerce Cloud or Salesforce Order Management Systems.
• 5+ years of experience in QA frameworks setup, script development, and testing using Selenium & MABL.
• 5+ years of experience in Smoke, Functional, Manual, Automation, Regression, and Integration testing involving Salesforce Commerce Cloud or Salesforce Order Management Systems with Oracle ERP or other leading ERP platforms.
• 5+ years of experience in CI/CD using Jenkins.
• 5+ years of experience in writing and executing test cases, creating defects using Jira and TestRail.
• Strong communication and client presentation skills.
• Experience in preparing Test Strategy and Testing Plans.

Nice-to-haves

• 5+ years of experience in QA frameworks setup, script development, and testing using TOSCA and PROVAR.
• Certification on Testing/Salesforce Commerce Cloud preferred.
• Understanding of eCommerce B2C business flows and testing around SaaS B2C eCommerce applications.
