About the position

As a QA Analyst I at Fabletics, you will be integral in ensuring the quality and reliability of our warehouse management system (WMS) and supply chain software. This entry-level position involves collaborating with developers, product managers, and end users to test and verify that the system meets all functional, technical, and performance requirements. You will maintain test documentation and assist in the automation suite's curation and maintenance, contributing to the overall improvement of product quality.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot operational issues brought forth by end users.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date test documentation, including test plans, test scripts, and summary reports.
• Collaborate with other team members on test plans for large new feature releases.
• Test new features and bug fixes during 2 week sprint cycles.
• Assist QA Automation engineers in the curation and maintenance of the automation suite.

Requirements

• 0-1 years of experience querying relational databases.
• Basic understanding of software testing methodologies and tools.
• Knowledge of warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain processes (preferred).
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail).
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to set own individual goals to achieve project milestones.
