About the position

Kforce's client in Chicago, IL is seeking a QA Analyst with expertise in ALM, regulatory compliance, and risk-based testing. The role focuses on handling test strategy, planning, design, and execution while ensuring compliance with various regulations. The ideal candidate will also coordinate with offshore teams, report metrics, and manage stakeholders effectively.

Responsibilities

• Handle test strategy, planning, design, and execution.
• Ensure compliance with regulations like OFAC, FINRA, FATF, BSA, and FEDWIRE.
• Coordinate with offshore teams.
• Report metrics related to testing activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 5-6 years of experience with test strategy, planning, and execution
• 2-3 years of experience with regulatory compliance testing (e.g., OFAC, FINRA, BSA)
• Experience with fraud and sanctions screening tools (e.g., Bridger, FIRCO)
• Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
