About the position

The QA Analyst I position at ManpowerGroup involves developing and executing software test plans to identify software problems and their causes. The role primarily focuses on running manual tests using VR headsets, logging defects, and maintaining test case databases throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Execute test plans, scenarios, scripts, or procedures utilizing a VR Headset.
• Test system modifications to prepare for implementation.
• Document software defects using a bug tracking system and report defects to software developers.
• Monitor bug resolution efforts and track successes.
• Create or maintain databases of known test defects.
• Create test cases and maintain test case databases.
• Work with test lead to identify gaps in testing databases.
• Install, setup, and maintain VR hardware and equipment.

Requirements

• 1-2 years' experience with VR headset.
• 1-2 years QA experience in games.
• Attention to detail in writing out bugs.
• Ability to work with small teams.
• Proactive approach to tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving skills and interpersonal skills.
• Basic ability to work independently and manage one's time.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with an unreal engine.
