About the position

The QA Analyst I position at B. Braun Medical Inc. is responsible for developing and implementing quality processes and procedures to enhance product quality and safety. This role involves inspecting finished and in-process goods, analyzing data to identify defects, and investigating quality failures. The QA Analyst will also monitor vendor compliance and act as a data reviewer for quality control teams, ensuring adherence to established quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements processes and procedures to improve quality throughout the organization.
• Performs inspections of finished or in-process goods and analyzes data to identify trends in defects or errors.
• Investigates quality failures and recommends changes to internal procedures to prevent future quality issues.
• Assesses and reports on the impact of process changes on quality.
• Monitors vendors or suppliers for compliance with established quality standards.
• Acts as the QC data reviewer, reviewing data from the QC micro, chem, and physicals team for each batch.
• Reviews production test run records to ensure compliance.
• Conducts site-level training such as new hire orientation.
• Updates inspection plans for raw materials and finished goods.
• Maintains the site's user access program, including adding users and performing monthly checks of audit trails.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 02-04 years related experience required.
• Ability to work non-standard schedule as needed.
• Regular and predictable attendance.
