About the position

The QA Analyst position at Testronic involves identifying and reporting software bugs while ensuring timely completion of tasks. The role requires strong communication skills to craft detailed bug reports and propose solutions, as well as mentoring less experienced testers. The QA Analyst will engage in various testing projects, execute test plans, and contribute to the overall quality assurance process.

Responsibilities

• Uncover and report bugs with accuracy and speed.
• Craft flawlessly written bug reports and propose fixes.
• Own your tasks under supervision.
• Tackle complex issues with creativity and resourcefulness.
• Keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
• Create informative test reports.
• Share wisdom and guide less experienced testers.
• Assist in designing tests and crafting cases.
• Safeguard company protocols and policies.
• Dive into assigned features on the P+T Dashboard(s) and make them shine!
• Team up with external and internal partners to supercharge our projects.
• Take the reins with extreme ownership over Testing and Database Management.
• Make impactful decisions for your Testing and Database domains.
• Capture accurate data, both quantitative and qualitative.
• Ensure clear communication in your Testing and Database realms.
• Manage risks with precision and prioritize effectively.
• Solve root causes in Testing and Database challenges.
• Lead the processes that keep things humming in Testing and Database domains.
• Lend a hand to peers and potentially back up for higher roles.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Mid-level experience in QA testing.
• Fluency in English.
