About the position

The QA Analyst/Process Inspector at Resintech Inc. is responsible for ensuring the quality of materials, subassemblies, and finished products through rigorous inspections and evaluations. This role involves analyzing quality data to identify trends and root causes of defects, conducting various types of inspections, and collaborating with engineering and manufacturing teams to enhance the quality management system.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct inspections of materials, subassemblies, and finished products to verify compliance with specifications.
  • Analyze manufacturing and field data to identify trends, failure rates, and costs of nonconformance.
  • Drive corrective and preventive actions to resolution.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve the quality management system continuously.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications accurately.
  • Update quality system procedures as needed based on identified deficiencies.
  • Conduct and document process and material inspections according to specifications.
  • Sample products and label them according to established plans and instructions.
  • Identify and segregate nonconforming materials as per documented instructions.
  • Complete inspection reports, non-conformance reports, logs, and other records accurately and timely.
  • Maintain organized work to ensure lot traceability and prevent mix-ups.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and organizational policies.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree or technical certification desired.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in manufacturing or a similar field required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); Access skills desired.
  • Excel skills must include formula creation/modification, filters, sorting, data validation, and conditional formatting.
  • Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or ISO environments highly desired.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English required.
  • Competent with inspection techniques and common inspection equipment such as calipers, micrometers, and pressure gauges.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with precision/vision measurement systems.
