Responsibilities
- Lead the testing efforts for various projects ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards.
- Oversee the creation and execution of test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior testers fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Coordinate with development teams to understand project requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Implement Agile methodologies to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies throughout the testing process.
- Work with different stakeholders to strategize, design and plan the execution of test cases related to lifecycle upgrades.
- Good knowledge of backend SQL querying skills writing different complex JOINS.
- Extensively involved in Defect Reporting by using "JIRA" tool & defect metrics.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts to improve efficiency.
- Ensure the testing team is aligned with the overall project goals and objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent related work experience.
- Over 7+ years of IT experience focused on QA software testing preferably in a Healthcare domain.
- Possess strong experience in Agile Methodologies demonstrating the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
- Have extensive experience in the Payer domain.
- Have a proven track record of leading testing efforts in complex projects.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills working effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Show a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Be able to mentor and guide junior team members fostering a positive team environment.
- Display a commitment to continuous improvement and staying updated with industry trends.
