ICF's Digital Modernization Division is a rapidly growing, entrepreneurial, technology-driven department, seeking a Software Asset Management Process Area Manager to implement best-practice ITSM asset management processes for a variety of Federal clients, including the National Institutes of Health (NIH). Our Digital Modernization Division is an information technology and management consulting department that offers integrated, strategic solutions to its public and private-sector clients. ICF has the expertise, agility, and commitment to design, build, and operate high-performance IT engines to support all aspects of our client's business. ICF is seeking a highly motivated Quality Assurance Analyst to support digital solutions for a variety of Federal clients, including the National Institutes of Health (NIH). The analyst will support our NIH projects by collaborating and working with a cross-functional team to deliver quality, innovative, and highly scalable web-based applications to end clients, and will serve as a Quality Assurance Analyst, performing testing and verification/validation activities for team IT deliveries. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with cross-disciplinary teams. In this role, you will manage and support daily work requests for one or more project teams. This includes supporting automated and/or manual testing of the software application, writing test cases, authoring test code, running test frameworks and scripts, and creating test reports. You will design, develop, document, and maintain automated functional test cases and other test artifacts, including test data and data verification. Additionally, you will build automation frameworks and reusable automation tests/test scripts using Selenium, perform setup, configuration, and maintenance of automated testing environments with a focus on continuous testing and DevOps processes. You will also use Jira or similar tools to provide visibility to status, metrics, predictability, throughput, quality, impediments, and dependencies, and participate in requirements grooming for sprint preparation.
