We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Assurance Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. This position involves working closely with development teams to identify, document, and resolve defects while maintaining high standards of quality throughout the software development lifecycle. The Quality Assurance Analyst will utilize various testing methodologies and tools to ensure that our applications meet both functional and non-functional requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and execute test cases based on project requirements.
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and provide feedback on potential issues.
• Utilize tools such as Jira for tracking defects and managing test cases.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends in defects and improve testing processes.
• Test web services and APIs to ensure they function correctly across different operating systems.
• Implement automated testing using frameworks like Cucumber as part of the DevOps process.
• Participate in Scrum meetings to discuss project progress and potential roadblocks.

Requirements

• Proficiency in HTML and familiarity with various operating systems is essential.
• Experience with data analysis skills to interpret testing results effectively.
• Knowledge of test case creation, execution, and defect tracking methodologies.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, particularly in an Azure environment, is a plus.
• Previous experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills are required.
