About the position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Analyst to join our team. As a Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. Your role will involve coordinating quality control activities, conducting quality audits, analyzing data, and utilizing precision measuring instruments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the in-process and final inspection of products to ensure compliance with quality systems.
• Monitor the inspection of parts and products to ensure adherence to established quality standards and customer specifications.
• Interact with customers to resolve complaints, manage the return of defective materials, and address non-conformances efficiently and professionally.
• Support the Quality Manager with the coordination of Non-conformances, disposition, and investigations.
• Assist the Quality Manager with customer Corrective Action investigations and root cause analysis.
• Manage all Calibration activities, including interaction with Calibration Suppliers.
• Update the internal Quality Management System Software.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in quality assurance.
• Basic knowledge of quality concept techniques.
• Basic understanding of ISO 9001.
• Strong communication skills to interact with customers.
