About the position

The QA Analyst is responsible for creating test scripts and cases for quality assurance testing of Judiciary applications. This role involves testing applications, documenting issues, and collaborating with internal business and IT teams to resolve any identified problems. The position requires strong communication and critical thinking skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute test scripts and cases for QA testing of Judiciary applications.
• Document issues found during testing and communicate with internal teams to resolve them.
• Participate in reviews, walkthroughs, or inspections of applications.
• Assist with helpdesk tickets to resolve user-reported issues.
• Execute tests on software usability and analyze test results.
• Prepare reports on all aspects related to QA software testing and communicate findings to business and development teams.
• Participate in design reviews and provide input on requirements and product design.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in QA software testing.
• Up-to-date knowledge of QA software test design and testing methodologies.
• Experience creating and executing test plans, cases, and scripts.
• 5+ years of experience working closely with development and business teams.
• 5+ years of experience with Scrum Agile methodology.
• 5+ years of experience in unit testing, functional testing, system testing, integration testing, and regression testing.
• Experience with UFT automation tool is required.
• Experience with Quality Center and any agile methodology tool is required.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Office products is required.
• Experience with SQL, PEGA, and mainframe is a plus.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with SOAP and REST Web Service Testing (3 years).
• Understanding of AWS or other cloud infrastructure (4 years).
• Experience with PEGA Web Application Testing (3 years).
• Experience with writing and executing SQL (5 years).
