About the position

The QA Analyst position at Digital Intelligence Systems, LLC involves collaborating with the software development team to ensure the quality and functionality of software products. The role focuses on designing, executing, and maintaining test cases and scripts, troubleshooting issues, and participating in Agile-Scrum processes to enhance software quality and performance.

Responsibilities

• Collaboratively work with the software development team to understand project requirements and prepare test cases.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in collaboration with the software development team.
• Design and execute test cases and test scripts to assess functionality, usability, and performance.
• Re-execute test cases and test scripts to confirm resolution of previous issues and ensure software correctness.
• Maintain test cases, test scripts, test reports, and test documentation.
• Participate in Agile-Scrum development processes and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies, industry trends, and best practices in software testing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a QA engineer or test engineer.
• Experience in manual testing and automation testing tools such as Selenium.
• Experience in API testing tools like Postman, Swagger, Apache JMeter, SoapUI, etc.
• Experience in C# and .NET programming.
• Experience in planning, designing, writing, and executing test cases and test scripts.
• Experience with bug-tracking tools like Jira, Bugzilla, Redmine, GitHub, GitLab, etc.
• Good understanding of Agile scrum methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic database knowledge: MySQL, DynamoDB, etc.
