About the position

The QA Analyst will assist in developing user stories and technical requirements for process or system solutions, ensuring the testability of requirements through participation in requirements gathering and design sessions. This full-time remote position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to enhance the quality of Salesforce applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the development of user stories and technical requirements for process or system solutions by collaborating with stakeholders and business areas.
• Participate in requirements gathering and design sessions to ensure testability of requirements.
• Identify potential issues with business processes, customizations, and other aspects of the Salesforce platform.
• Participate in business process reviews for requirement gathering and documentation.
• Design test processes and procedures to ensure software operates within defined requirements.
• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts to reduce repetitive manual testing.
• Work with developers and business analysts to resolve issues.
• Implement test plans, automation, and validation strategies.
• Communicate continuously with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality of Salesforce applications.
• Identify and report risks and issues that may impact application quality.
• Conduct various testing methods including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Document and report identified defects or anomalies through structured defect reporting mechanisms.

Requirements

• Four (4) plus years of expertise and/or relevant experience in a Salesforce QA role.
• Four (4) plus years of expertise and/or relevant experience in automating testing.
• Three (3) plus years of expertise and/or relevant experience in Salesforce's Public Sector Solutions dedicated data model.
• Three (3) plus years of expertise and/or relevant experience in writing concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Three (3) plus years of expertise and/or relevant experience with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Three (3) plus years of expertise and/or relevant experience with Agile Scrum.
