About the position

The NetSuite Quality Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our NetSuite instances. This position involves writing test scenarios, implementing tests in two NetSuite environments, debugging issues, and defining corrective actions. The successful candidate will manage multiple tasks and projects, prioritize workload effectively, and thrive in a dynamic environment while adhering to a stringent release process. Collaboration with various business teams to create functional operational support through Enterprise Systems applications is essential.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user stories and the solutions developers and administrators implement to develop and execute comprehensive testing scenarios
• Identify, record, document, and track bugs
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
• Assist in supporting 2 separate instances of NetSuite
• Create detailed documentation for User Acceptance Testing
• Conduct post-release/post-implementation testing
• Analyze user's stories and use cases/requirements for validity and feasibility
• Monitor debugging process results
• Stay up to date with new testing tools, requirements, and strategies
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 5+ years of NetSuite ERP/CRM experience
• Knowledge of implementing and troubleshooting NetSuite workflows, saved searches, reports, dashboards, roles and permissions
• Proven experience as a QA tester or similar role
• Familiarity with the Agile Methodology
• Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
• Ability to write test scenarios for QA and UAT testing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask effectively and work against tight deadlines

Nice-to-haves

• At least Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
• Experience working in an Agile Software Development organization
• NetSuite Certification and experience with Suitebilling and/or WMS a plus
