About the position

The Quality Control Data Analyst at Strongbridge LLC will support software products utilized by the Department of Transportation and the public to ensure the safety of drivers and passengers on public roadways. This role involves conducting data reviews, validation, and analysis, as well as performing quality assurance for web-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct data reviews, data validation, and data analysis for Motor Vehicle crash data.
• Perform quality assurance of web-based applications.
• Write queries to perform the quality control of the data collected.
• Develop and execute quality control plans.
• Follow agile sprint-based development and testing, creating sprint items and bugs.
• Provide support to the Technical Lead.
• Create different reports using business intelligence tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or another relevant field or a combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of experience performing quality control, writing, and executing test case scenarios for applications.
• 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft SQL Server.
• 3+ years of experience writing complex SQL queries.
• 3+ years of data analysis experience.
• Proficient in Business Objects, Tableau, Excel, or similar Data Visualization Tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Automated testing.
• Knowledge of XML and JSON.
